I bought my Samsung Code because the saleswoman told me this phone acted as a computer. She said anything I could get on my laptop I could get on the code because it is a Window's 6.1 something. I couldn't get anything video and I found Skyfire. I looked up Samsung Code on youtube and put in skyfire and there are several video's showing amazing result's with this phone, video and the internet. When it wouldn't happen with my phone I took it to the main MetroPCS office here in Fort Myers and they just laughed at me and said I was taken in by a salesman that just plain lied and I would never be able to get video on a Samsung code. This phone was 300.00 and I only bought it because this woman went on and on how good it was at the mall. When I go to youtube it tell's me I have a outdated browser to update it. When I try to get on the internet through Skyfire it tell's me it can't get a connection to check with my dealer about my data plan. sometimes I do actually get on using Skyfire but not very often. I am so confused why this very phone on a 1G network goes so amazing well on youtube and not in my house. Can someone explain it to me.

So Skyfire works well for you sometimes? How often? Does it make a difference where you are located or how many signal bars are visible on your phone?

Today I had two bars when it said I was denied access to Skyfire. Sometime's if I hit try again often enough I will finally get on. From reading other post's here I am really wondering if it is my phone or is it Skyfire. I do know if my phone is suppose to get video (as numerous site's on you tube show) there isn't one employee of Metro Pcs aware of it. They stare at me like I am from another planet when I say there are many website's showing how much this phone is suppose to do. I can't even get it to hold a call while I am sitting on my own sofa. It cut's off every 10-15 minute's saying I have lost my signal. Again I don't know if it is my phone or MetroPcs
