For %90 of my mobile browsing experience I listen to internet radio and for that I sometimes use other browsers but for internet radio requiring Flash SkyFire is the only one that works.
Problem is and I'm aware that the developers are already aware of, but when can we expect a feature where we can use a blank (black screen) or power save feature to turn off our screens when listening to internet music?
I tried several 3rd party applications to try and turn off the screen but as soon as I press the app. the screen comes back on again.
Any idea of what progress or when this issue will be resolved?
Thanks.

So the feature your talking about is to keeping the browser still running when in standby correct?

I think, what I want is to be able to listen to internet radio and be able to have the option to have my screen black eithe with SkyFire as an option or a 3rd party software, as it is now, when I try and use 3rd party software to turn the screen off, if I'm listening to music the screen will turn on again.
I just want to be able to listen to music without wearing down my battery. I'm not sure why this issue is not resolved yet, SkyFire is simply amazing but this one flaw needs to be resolved.
