How do you change the User Name/Password to Log into your Facebook Account on the Start Page? I put in my husbands info initially but I now have my own Facebook account and I cannot find how to change the log in info. Also, when I click the OFF Button under Customize, and the button turns green and says Active, it goes back to OFF as soon as I navigate away from the page... I'd really like to use FB on my Start Page, can anyone please help me?
Thanks!

I uninstalled and reinstalled Skyfire and I was able to Log into Facebook from the Start Page. Afraid to Log back into Skyfire though as I may lose FB... Any thoughts...

Hi Shelly,
As of now there is no way to modify the Facebook or Twitter account associated with a given Skyfire account. (That feature will be added to a future version of Skyfire.) So, you are right not not want to log in to your Skyfire account, as you would be back to the Facebook account you added to that Skyfire account. Your best option would be to create a new Skyfire account (and leave the old one for your husband).

I have to log in to Face book each time I go to the site now. When I first got Skyfire it statyed logged in to FB. I still get status updates on the startpage, but when I click the link to view I have to enter my pass word on FB again. Is that a FB change or Skyfire issue?

We believe this is a Skyfire issue. The way to fix it is to clear your cookies in Skyfire. Then close out Skyfire, navigate to the Facebook page, and log in. From that point on you should be able to stay logged in to Facebook.
Please post back if this does not work for you as I described.

I have the same issue that everytime I start skyfire, the start page asks me to login to my facebook... I did as you said for the previous user, but it still asks me to login, and when I do, it says "you've already granted permission to this application, click continue" and then the fb feeds work... when I close the browser and open it again, I have to go through this again...
I wrote this on the skyfire facebook page and someone asked me to delete the prefs file, uninstall skyfire and reinstall it... but that also didn't work...
Kindly help me out.

Hi Ozy,
When do you see the prompt to log into Facebook? Is it when you first start Skyfire? Or when you try to use a feature that ties in to Facebook?

When I start Skyfire... it shows my gmail feeds... but the first line says login to facebook... and my gmail feeds are below that... so I have to login to facebook every single time I start skyfire... once I do, it stays logged in until I exit skyfire.
Thanks.

Hi there,
didn't get a reply for a long time so I thought I'd refresh my question.

Hi Ozy,
Are you using a Skyfire account? If so, could you try uninstalling Skyfire, then installing once more, then adding in your Facebook account to Skyfire without creating a Skyfire account?

That seems to have fixed it, but does that mean I should not use my skyfire account anymore?
Thanks.
p.s. Now I cannot login with my old account and when I try to reset the password, it says that my email address is not found in the database, whereas I can login to the forum using the same email address and password.
