Skyfire shut down and when I restarted it, all bookmarks that i saved disappeared.
In their place, old bookmarks that i had saved in the past and had deleted are back.
all other bookmarks that are included with the install are still there.

What server ID does Skyfire connect to when you use it? (Check this under Help-> About-> More Info.)

Thanks for that info, Firefox. From the second part of the server ID I can tell you are reaching the US datacenter, which is appropriate.
After seeing your recent bookmarks disappear and the older collection of bookmarks appear instead, have things been stable? Have their been other instances where incorrect bookmarks have come up, or have things been working as expected from that point on?
The developers did a rollout of improved back-end code a few days back; this may have fixed some problems with your Skyfire account records and resulted in the earlier bookmarks being presented. But it should be working properly from then forward, albeit with the earlier collection of bookmarks as a starting point.

K. Thanks for the explanation. Everything else is in working order.
Overall, great browser although zooming on pages can be a little quirky at times.

My mobile option for bookmarks is no longer on my phone. I had bookmarked some pages this morning, now the option is missing from my phone.

At the moment the ops team is doing some repair work to the database; recent bookmarks might be lost in this process. It should only affect any individual user once.
