I have quite a few bookmarks I want to add that don't really fit into the standard "Sports" "Social" "News" "Video" etc.. categories. Is there any way to modify / add / remove these default categories?

Not yet, but maybe in a later version. They will get to it at some point...hang in there.

Think that would be a good idea.

This has been proposed a few times in the past and should be on the list of things to look into. No love yet, though.

The ability to add and rename folders, seems pretty basic and seems easy enough to implement compared to some of the "rocket science" that's involved in other aspects of the browser and server. For now, I'll just delete the "junk'" out of some existing folders and reuse them for a different purpose - I'll just have to remember what's really in them.

I'd be happy to use the standard categories for the moment. But I deleted the bookmarks that were in the categories and now they've disappeared.
